Toggle stop and start 

With this plan you may ask us to complete tasks on a stop/start basis, for instance responding to emails in a timely manner or perhaps answering the phone and booking appointments. You pay by the minute and only for the minutes used. We find this option particularly useful for busy trades people for whom we may prepare and send out quotes and then when the client responds requesting to be booked in this may only take a few minutes to schedule the work and send out the deposit invoice, so the time is calculated by the minute and not by the hour. 

 

We are very quick and what might take you an hour to complete may take us less than half that time. You can set a cap on the number of minutes you want to pay for – if we feel you may wish to exceed our agreed limit because you’re experiencing a particularly busy time, we will consult you first to take your instruction. Our Toggle rates are based on a base rate of £30 per hour. 

Of course, we only have a finite number of hours during the working month. If you want to guarantee a set number of hours of our time you can pre-purchase an agreed number of hours per week or month. 

 

Pre-purchased hours must all be used within the month they were purchased and cannot be rolled over onto the following month. Hourly rates vary according to how many are pre-purchased and start from £30 per hour.
