We love to celebrate success and when one of our clients takes the time to leave us a review, send a “thank you” card, gift or email saying how delighted they are with what we’ve done for them it really means a lot to all of us.
Often, it’s Sharon who is the first to hear from our clients. What then happens is she shares the sentiments with our whole team and those in our team who inspired our client enough for them to want to put pen to paper are properly acknowledged for their great work. If we’ve been given edible gifts, they are shared between us. It’s the best kind of news we can share, and we love the “warm and fuzzy” feeling we are able to spread amongst us all.

I’d hesitated because I though that I’d struggle to delegate the work, it wouldn’t be done to the high standards I set and that it would take too much organising and liaising. These were just excuses though and I was wrong.
