There’s a well-known quote that says: “when you buy from a small business an actual person does a little happy dance”. It’s like that with us when someone gives us a testimonial. It’s not only one person who does the happy dance but a whole team of us who have each played a part in building this, our business.

We love to celebrate success and when one of our clients takes the time to leave us a review, send a “thank you” card, gift or email saying how delighted they are with what we’ve done for them it really means a lot to all of us.

Often, it’s Sharon who is the first to hear from our clients. What then happens is she shares the sentiments with our whole team and those in our team who inspired our client enough for them to want to put pen to paper are properly acknowledged for their great work. If we’ve been given edible gifts, they are shared between us. It’s the best kind of news we can share, and we love the “warm and fuzzy” feeling we are able to spread amongst us all.

A testimonial though spreads much further than you may at first think. Often some well thought out words can resonate with people browsing our website or reading a social media post. Your kind words about us can promote a feeling of trust and security that they have come to the right place, a place where they will be taken care of and helped.

Great testimonials tell a story, not only of a job well done but a journey you have taken with us and how we made you feel. It is true that people may not always remember what you say but they will remember how you made them feel.
